| The
undersigned volunteer______________________________(Name) agrees to work
on the Hallitube Project and the associated planned referendum provisions
for less than 3 hours per day, foregoing any compensation, as pure volunteer.
Volunteer understands that even accumulated hours shall not constitute a
claim for portions of future stock offerings or positions once a company
is formed. Volunteer understands that the Hallitube project and its associated
provisions may raise strong emotions in some affected population groups,
and that in polling or signature gathering contexts, volunteer may be
confronted with abusive language or hostile acts by groups who feel
left out by the system. For these reasons, to guarantee privacy of
Hallitube staff/volunteers/academic advisors, volunteer agrees not to disclose
any information of any kind, including the names, number, addresses, phone
number or email addresses of others involved in this project. I
have understood this privacy clause: I will not disclose any participant
information to others_____________(Initial)). Volunteer also promises
to inform senior staff at once if volunteer is contacted by any other party
to make presentations of any kind about this project not specifically authorized
by senior staff. Volunteer agrees that any form of "reward" he/she has received, such as impromptu food or invitations to events shall not constitute a stream of rewards on which future claims for employment or similar rewards can be based.
